Gwyneth Paltrow left very little to the imagination when she arrived at the premier of Two Lovers in Paris. The 36-year-old left everyone asking for more when she stepped on the red carpet on November 4 wearing a lace dress, which clearly showed off her white underwear beneath.

The Academy Award-winning actress’ white dress bore specifically placed black lace cut-outs. The stunner was also seen putting the final touches to her look with black-and-white ankle boots and a black clutch, reports Just Jared. The wife of Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has in the past stood out when she wore a furry Felder Felder jacket with leather sleeves at the London Film Festival.

I was flicking through the channel of my V+ and came across a show, which profiled rapper Jay-Z. The documentary was by Alan Yentob and followed Jay-Z’s sucessful tour and his headlining Glastonbury performance, as well as his humble beginnings. They showed a bit of backstage at his Maddison Square Garden gig, which has Chris Martin greeting him having come to see the show. It’s on the BBC iPlayer and you can view it here.

Accidents can happen…anywhere…even for one of my favourite singers, Duffy, as she was about to meet Coldplay’s frontman, Chris Martin.

This happened at a concert in Cleveland, US last week as the Welsh born singer dimmed the lights and lit a candle which started to melt.

“I thought, ‘S**t!’ and started blowing it out. I got a cloth to wipe it and bent down, not realising it was still lit. Then the entire left side of my hair went up in flames.

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin fears the band will struggle to sell tickets on their upcoming tour because of the global economic crisis.

The band is set to take to the road in November with dates in the U.S., U.K. and Japan.

But Martin is convinced that the live dates will prove less popular than previous tours - because music fans are less likely to spend their cash on luxuries like gigs.

Martin told the sold-out TD Banknorth Garden audience the other night, that he thought VP wannabe Sarah Palin was “hot” - but then the Brit urged everyone to vote for Barack Obama . BTW, Martin did not dedicate any tunes to Tom Brady [stats] the other night. The last time Martin & Co. were in town they played “Death and All His Friends” for No. 12, saying they were TB “fans.”

He’s Mr Yahoo! 42

Just when it looked like we were going to be settled into a long run of arena shows, out of the left field somewhere comes a theatre show for an internet company! It’s a Yahoo! session and we’re at the Hammerstein Ballroom. It’s a beautiful venue in Manhattan, literally around the corner from Madison Square Garden. It could easily have been a real nightmare trying to shift gears on the touring juggernaut like this. In reality, it’s made very easy for us by the folks who’ve been putting this thing together. Obviously, we’re not putting the arena production in. No balls, no lasers, no screens, just the band’s gear - the Yahoo! folks are taking care of the rest. It’s a simple setting, but it looks very classy.

Some couples might call it a “free pass.” Others make a list. It’s usually all in fun — a get-out-of-jail free card for one affair, assuming that affair is with a nearly impossible catch.

Chris Martin recently let it slip during an interview with Q magazine that he and wife Gwyneth Paltrow have a similar arrangement. On his list? Any of the members of British-Irish girl group Girls Aloud, while she’s allowed to hook up with any of the guys from Irish boy band Westlife. A reporter at the Q awards teased Chris that he could at least have let Gwyneth add Brad Pitt to her list, earning himself a quick (and joking) blow to the chest. Gwyneth and Brad were once engaged.

Of course, couples who make a list don’t expect their significant other to actually act on it. Still, it can be fun to dream. If you had a free pass in your marriage or partnership, who would make it onto your list?
