The Interwebs prove to be a wonderful thing as band delivers new song.

Unless you’re a diehard Coldplay fan chances are you’re completely unaware that the band has been road testing a new track entitled “Death Will Never Conquer” on their current tour.

While hearing this new track live is undoubtedly a special treat, the band have gone one further.

They are currently offering up a version of the song, for free (that’s right, f-r-e-e) on their website.

Our philosophy is that if something is free, take advantage of it.

Oh yeah, you might pass this info along to a friend, so they can enjoy the music, as well.

Coldplay earlier this week announced that they have confirmed four more US shows. Tickets for the Philadelphia show go on sale later today.

Coldplay played in Philadelphia on July 25 and - due to the popularity of that show - are scheduled to perform again at the Wachovia Center on Saturday November 1st. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10am today, and may be purchased through comcasttix.com or livenation.com, by calling (800) 298-4200 or by visiting the Wachovia Complex Box Office or some area ACME stores. Good morning. It has been brought to our attention that the public voting for the 2008 Music Television Video Music Awards is underway. You may now cast your vote for Best Rock Video, Best UK Video and Video Of The Year - all of which feature Coldplay in the list of nominations. Curiously, however, the band have been excluded from the Best Dancing In A Video category.

Coldplay are to play an exclusive concert for Radio Two to be broadcast live by the BBC station.

The Parlophone act have agreed to perform at the BBC Radio Theatre in London on Saturday, August 30 when they will perform tracks from their current album Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends as well as other material.
