OK we went to the venue at 5 and checked to see if my tickets were there. They weren’t. The lady said to check back around 6pm. So went went riding around downtown. When we were by the Hyatt, there was a black tinted windows surburban type truck and some peeps were being loaded in. I almost ran off the road trying to see if it was them. It wasn’t.

Went back and parked at venue at 6, still no tickets. OK I’m starting to freak a bit. I had bad dreams that I would get there and they wouldn’t have tickets for me. We had to wait until doors at 7 for tickets, but they were nice seats. Section 120, row 4…ON JONNY’S SIDE :grin: Lots of old geezes all around us. Lord I hope they took their heart pills.

Fiona Apple came on at 8pm…by 8:01 we decided she needed some serious drugs and therapy. She was crazy…..hitting herself and biting herself……she played/had a breakdown for 40 minutes or so. She sounds really good, but the freakouts….ummm Nutter alert! I’ll pass…

Everyone stood! Even the geezers. We were going insane. I noticed straight off Guy had on sunglasses. Mary taps my shoulder…”OMG Guy’s stoned or something, look at the glasses” hehe The sound in the building was really good, much better than the old Sumit. Chris is running about and spazing. Will is shakin the roof. Jonny is so lovely I just wanna die.

Geezers still standing. Place goes mad! where are the balloons? They don’t drop til late and one falls right to me. I hit it, it hits the rail, then geezer granny in front of me in the face. oops. She’s not to happy. Get over it! Balloons attack Jonny on stage knocking his mic about and unpluging stuff. I’ll save you Jonny boy. Roadies had to come out and sort it.

Will smashes it in. Chris runs while squatting down, yes running and squatting at same time to the very back. They go mad. I try to take his pic when he runs back to the stage, I can’t even get the frickin thing ot my face as he goes past. He’s like a frickin cheeta. Fastest squattie runner in the north, south, east, or west!
